Rui Pedro Pena

Degree in Psychology from the University of Coimbra.

Specialized in the area of diagnosis, design, development and evaluation of training programs. He is the technical-scientific responsible for the specialization program in “Planning and Management of Training” of the Comenius Training Center. He is also the administrator of a VET provider that founded the Comenius Cooperative that develops training in several areas in the North and Center of Portugal.
